Commercial management platform
From order to payment: the whole commercial operation in one platform
The challenge
Every sale involves the customer, the suppliers and several documents: quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and certificates. With that information scattered, it was hard to know what had been delivered, invoiced and collected, and what was still pending.
The solution
We built a commercial website connected to a platform that tracks every operation from start to finish:
- ✓A website that presents the company and its catalog, and receives requests that go straight into the platform.
- ✓Each operation brings together the customer, the suppliers and the goods, from the quote and purchase order through to delivery.
- ✓Tracking of delivery notes, invoices, certificates, collections, payments and factoring, with each operation's margin calculated and pending items in plain sight.
- ✓AI to draft quotes, classify requests and extract data from documents without typing it by hand.
In development
We are adding an optional module to control the goods after delivery: stock, transfers to the customer's warehouses and a dashboard with balances and movements.

Technical intervention platform
From the field to the technical report, with supervisor review
The challenge
The client company provides technical services on critical industrial infrastructure. Every intervention on industrial valves relied on multiple forms and documents prepared by hand, which made it hard to trace each valve and weighed the team down with paperwork.
The solution
We designed and built a web platform that brings work orders, inspection, maintenance and hydraulic test records, and photographic evidence into a single flow:
- ✓The technician fills in the intervention forms, can save drafts and submits the report for review.
- ✓The supervisor reviews the report and approves it or sends it back with corrections.
- ✓Once approved, the system generates the technical PDF with the records and photographic evidence. If the minimum evidence is missing, the report cannot be generated.

Solution design, architecture and development of the full platform, based on specifications and business rules documented with the client.

Simple treasury for classes, schools and organizations
The challenge
Managing the treasury of a class, a school or a scout group usually depends on spreadsheets, notebooks and scattered messages. It's hard to know who paid, how much is left when there are partial payments, how funds were used and how to report clearly.
The solution
CEPAPP brings the organization's financial management into one place:
- ✓Student or member registry.
- ✓Fees with partial or full payments.
- ✓Expense tracking and raffle management.
- ✓Financial reports.
- ✓A dedicated space for each organization, with its own users and permissions, that can be installed on a phone like an app.

We built it end to end as our own product: feature definition, user experience, architecture, implementation and operation.

The challenge
Coordinating activities, assignments and meetings among several leaders takes a lot of organizing. LDS Planner was born from that need, experienced first-hand.

A web app to organize and plan activities from one place, designed for teams that coordinate many people:
- ✓Designed from a need experienced from the inside, not from assumptions.
- ✓Flows built for people with little time, who need to get things done quickly and without training.
- ✓A foundation ready to add new features, including artificial intelligence, without rebuilding the product.

We are building a smart search service to find and recommend content by topic or assignment. This feature is not available yet.
